mktcards (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a private tool to help users list their trading cards on eBay using AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

• eBay Authentication: We store an OAuth refresh token to list cards on your behalf.
• Uploaded Images: Used to generate card metadata via AI.
• Generated Listing Data: Titles, descriptions, and preferences tied to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate with eBay and create listings you've initiated
• To process uploaded card images using AI (OpenAI API)
• To save your preferences and listing history for your use

3. Data Security

We use secure, encrypted storage and industry best practices to protect your data. We never sell or share your personal information. Uploaded images are temporary and deleted after use. eBay tokens are deleted after 14 days of non-use.

4. Third-Party Services

• eBay API – for listing and authentication
• OpenAI API – for image analysis and card descriptions

5. Your Choices

You may disconnect your eBay account and delete your tokens for our service any time and/or request deletion of your account and stored data at any time by contacting us.
